They will not turn out as firm because there is no gelatin in fluff. I do know that there is rice syrup based marshmallow creme in stores like Whole Foods as well. I just recommend avoiding the vegan one with soy protein; very bad for you. But you can use brown rice syrup or tapioca syrup as well as golden syrup to make marshmallow creme.
